Chairman

Tan Sri Dato' Dr. Tan Lai Kim is the founder and chairman of Tan Lai Kim Group of Companies. TLK group was formed in the early 70's and established itself as one of the leading property developers in Malaysia . He spearheaded the development and launching of various projects namely Taman Bukit Mas in Taman Duta, Kuala Lumpur , Damansara Kim and Taman Mayang Mas in Petaling Jaya etc. The company's great success in property development is attributed by his years of experience in this industry that he serves with passion. As a homeowner himself, he understands the importance of quality and space utilization in every project that TLK undertake. Tan Sri is also actively involved in community services and charitable organizations.

CEO/Managing Director

Mr Raymond Tan joined the Group in 1986 and became the CEO/Managing Director of Capital Land Sdn Bhd in 1999. Capital Land Sdn Bhd being the core business of the group has established a few housing estates within Klang Valley, namely Taman Bukit Mayang Mas and Mutiara Oriental Condominium both in Petaling Jaya, Cheras Hartamas and Puchong Hartamas. He is very meticulous when it comes to providing quality workmanship, thereby the motto “ Quality Homes by Capital Land ” was created. Mr Tan currently sits on the board of two Public Listed Companies namely, PanGlobal Berhad and RB Land Holdings Berhad.
