Capital Land Trophy

Mr Raymond Tan, the Managing Director/ CEO of Capital Land Sdn Bhd and his team mate
Mr Eric Foo was declared as the Overall Champion of Capital Land Trophy 2007/2008.
The event, held for the first time in Saujana Golf & Country Club saw 104 avid
golfers vying for the premier title.

Lucky draw for KimCrest home purchasers was held with much success on 2 December
2007. This lucky draw is eligiable for the first fifty (50) purchasers that
had purchased a unit of KimCrest, located at Puchong Hartamas during the promotion
period.
Everyone's a winner in this Lucky Draw Event. More than RM100,000.00 worth
of prizes was given away such as Built-in Kitchen Cabinet, 42" Plasma TV; OSIM Massage
Chair and many more.

A special event was organized by Capital Land Sdn Bhd for its KimCrest homeowners
as a gesture of appreciation to all purchasers for their continuous support.
KimCrest, located in Puchong Hartamas was on time to be handed over to its satisfied
purchasers. As a caring and innovative developer, Capital Land understands
that moving into a new neighbourhood is fun but yet could be a stressful event too
as there are new things to learn and making friends in a new environment may not
be easy for some.
Hence the "Get to know your new neighbour" event was held on 7th
July 2007 to encourage co-operation and foster genuine friendship that can contribute
to a harmonious community. Many of the KimCrest homeowners had taken this
opportunity to mingle and "break the ice" with their future neighbours. The
children too enjoyed the many activities that was organized for them.
Understanding that home furnishings and securities are the top priority when moving
into a new house, Capital Land had also invited some of the market players in these
industries to provide its KimCrest homeowners with the information they would need.
Anything from auto gate and alarm system to pest control information was made available.
Information on the local government rules and regulations on renovating a house
was also given priority.
