Every year during the year end gathering, I remind all my contractor friends, “You are paid to do a job, like it or not you’ll have to complete the job, and while you’re at the job why not do a good job! The property that you’re constructing is bought by purchasers’ hard earned ‘sweat and blood’ money. Every time they curse on bad workmanship or quality it’s BAD KARMA for you and me!”

I am no perfectionist, but I am a staunch believer in giving my customers “value-for-money”.
