Tan Lai Kim unit offers uniquely designed houses
Careful planning instead
of merely lining up a long list of projects has helped tremendously - Raymond
Tan of Capital Land
TAN Lai Kim Group through its property development
arm Capital Land Sdn Bhd, is offering buyers the opportunity to own uniquely designed
homes in well-located addresses in the Klang Valley.
Capital Land chief executive officer and managing director Raymond Tan said being
innovative and quality focussed were important attributes for developers in an increasingly
competitive market.
"Making the extra effort to come out with thoughtful concepts and design layout
plans with residents' comfort in mind, providing quality enviroment and ensuring
prompt delivery have become our hallmark and contributed to our success as a developer,"
Tan told StarBiz.
He said careful planning instead of merely lining up a long list of projects has
helped tremendously.
"We are progressing well in our development pursuits by focusing on niche quality
projects in good locations. The two key projects underway are Puchong Hartamas
and Cheras Hartamas, in the fast expanding corridor of Puchong and Cheras respectively,"
Tan said, adding that the company is pushing ahead with plans to enhance its Puchong
Hartamas by launching the latest series of KimCrest homes.
"Puchong has grown by leaps and bounds into a well-sought after address. Puchong
Hastamas has the distinction of being one of the few remaining freehold properties
in the area," he said.
The RM400mil, 88-acre development at the 12th mile Jalan Puchong comprises mainly
of two and 21/2-storey terrace houses and low, medium-low and medium-cost apartments.
The terrace houses offer 2,050 to 2,075 sq ft built-up area and priced from RM355,000
to RM448,000. Phase One comprising of 112 homes has been sold out while Phase
Two offers another 134 terrace homes.
Residents also enjoy the comfort of security, as the homes are in a gated community
with a single entry and exit point and smart card access.
Tan is confident that the recently launched Vistamas bungalows in Cheras Hartamas
would
be fully sold before the end of the year.
Priced from RM1.8 mil, the bungalows enjoyed brisk sales with more than 23 of the
35 units being snapped up. With land area of 6,000 to 12,000 sq ft and built
up from 4,700 sq ft, the bungalows offers six large rooms, five baths and parking
for at least four cars. The living space is designed to flow seamlessly into
a private and landscaped garden.
"We are setting a benchmark in Cheras property market in maintaining exclusivity
by providing only four bungalows per acre. The target market comprise expatriates,
professionals and business people who aprreciate an exclusive environment," he said.
Located close to Jalan Cheras and opposite the entrance to the East-West Link Highway,
Vistamas is 570ft above sea level and enjoys the cool and breezy air from the Cheras
forest reserve.
The group's track record include projects at Taman Bukit Mas in Taman Duta, Kuala
Lumpur and Damansara Kim and Taman Mayang Mas in Petaling Jaya.
